WEEE Guarantee System
WEEEsystem starts as a collective manufacturer system with the ElektroG guarantee on 01.01.2022. As we have been involved in the creation of ElektroG guarantees for many years, we know what you need: a good, reliable and transparent guarantee system. You can easily extend your guarantee to other types of equipment at a later date, a guarantee extension is also possible.

Why do I need an insolvency-proof guarantee?
§ 7 of the ElektroG stipulates that every manufacturer and authorised representative must ensure the disposal of B2C products that they sell in Germany. This also applies in the event of insolvency. The guarantee is a mandatory requirement for the release of the registration with stiftung ear® and must be renewed every year.
What are the advantages of the WEEEsystem guarantee?
You need the guarantee quickly, it should be inexpensive and certainly recognised by the stiftung ear®. You want to be flexible and not be tied to one guarantor for many years? The process with us is uncomplicated and service-oriented.
When will we get our WEEE ID from stiftung ear®?
You are in a hurry and need your registration immediately. We are happy to support you with this, because you will receive it in 24 hours. After that it is still the turn of stiftung ear® and here the processing until the WEEE ID is issued can take up to three months.
